Why not to buy Mr. Sketch Scented Markers (even if you have a throwback moment to when you were in elementary school and you LOVED the scented markers SOOO MUCH because they made your whole picture smell like yummy happiness and rainbows and who CARES if they're $12 at Staples you had them in ELEMENTARY school and it's the SAME EXACT brand even in the same box and everything):

Weekend Wrap-up

Well, it was a long and tiring but fun weekend!

Friday's Field Day was just as expected: hot, exhausted kids running helter-skelter around the fields.

But the kids had a blast:

Little Bear, in her new persona as "Lover of All Things Buggy", spent quite a bit of time hanging out on the blanket with an ant. I thought it might come home with us as a new pet.






 

By the end of the day, this is what we had:

And three more monkeys sweaty, tired and ready for a cold shower, an ice pop, and an afternoon movie:
